Job Description
Fulcrum is partnering with a privately owned Australian property group overseeing a flagship Western Sydney precinct that spans retail, commercial, and industrial formats. The Facilities Manager will own the full FM function independently, covering life safety, WHS, building code compliance, contractor management, capital planning, financial reporting, tenant liaison, and sustainability.
