A Day In The Life
n
n
Working across digital strategy, execution and performance of all digital channels for Ignite Travels suite of brands, with a key focus on achieving enquiry targets and optimising digital ROI
n
Reporting into the Digital Performance Manager and working with a team of digital co-ordinators and assistants to deliver marketing activity across our suite of brands
n
n
Campaigns
n
n
End-to-end ownership of campaign planning & execution, and reporting, ensuring all items are live and in a timely and efficient manner
n
Continuous optimisation of campaign activity and spend to ensure the best result possible for our partners
n
n
Reporting & Optimisation
n
n
Use of GA4/Google trends etc to provide insight into daily and weekly digital performance
n
Leverage insights, past performance to suggest new ideas and strategies to drive more enquiry - ownership of these items from end to end
n
n
Budget Management/Optimisation
n
n
Maintain and monitor pacing documents in collaboration with business analyst to ensure we are tracking and monitoring spend efficiently
n
Active optimisation of budget across campaigns/channels to drive better ROI for the business
n
n
Test & Learn
n
n




Planning end execution of quarterly test and learn plan to strive for continuous improvement across digital channels
n
Collboration, and development of digital marketing coordinators to run test and foster a test and learn mindset
n
n
AI & Automation
n
n
Embed AI tools and automation into day-to-day workflows to work more efficiently, scale campaign management, and surface insights faster for our partners
n
Leverage platform AI features and automated bidding to continuously optimise performance, freeing up time to focus on higher-value strategy and analysis
n
Build and maintain automation to reduce manual, repetitive work such as reporting and data consolidation, ensuring accuracy and consistency
n
Apply generative AI responsibly across ideation, copy, and testing, maintaining human oversight and brand safety at all times
n

Who You Are
n
n
Must have a proven track record in managing performance channels
n
Comfortable with reading and reporting on large volumes of data
n
Confident in Google Ads, Meta Ads, EDMs and GA4
n
Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications will be highly regarded
n
Minimum 5 years managing both Facebook and Google campaigns
n
Hands-on experience with analytics and optimisation, robust commercial acumen, strategic thinking with high level written and verbal communication
n
