The Australian Traffic Network – Sydney CBD NSW
Audio advertising is having a moment, with brands shifting real spend into trusted, contextual formats.
NSW is atn's flagship state, and we're looking for a senior sales leader to lead it, build a high-performance sales team, and help shape our next phase of growth.
Reporting to the COO and working closely with the CEO and national leadership team, you'll lead NSW within atn's national strategy: real scope over the team and culture you build, the numbers you deliver, and the relationships that drive them, based out of our North Sydney head office.
Key responsibilities
Shape and deliver the NSW sales strategy in line with atn's national direction, owning revenue and growth targets for the state
Maintain and back a high performance sales team, and drive a culture that expects and sustains it
Grow recent business and deepen existing agency and client relationships across the NSW market
Spot recent market opportunities and turn them into go-to-market plans that land
Lead the commercial negotiations and strategic deals that matter most
Keep pipeline, forecasting and performance sharp,



so the numbers never surprise you
Partner with the CEO, COO and wider leadership team on where atn goes next
About you
A track record of delivering revenue and new business growth in media, advertising or a related industry
Deep, well-connected business relationships across the NSW agency and client landscape, and a demonstrated ability to convert them into revenue
A demonstrated track record of leading and growing high performing sales teams, not just carrying an individual sales number
Strong commercial, negotiation and forecasting skills
Audio, radio or out-of-home sales background (nice-to-have)
Experience operating in a multi-state or matrixed sales structure (nice-to-have)
