Job Description
PWR on the Gold Coast is seeking a Machine Shop Manager to lead our CNC machining operation, overseeing 38 CNC machines, a team of 50 machinists and apprentices, and a high‐performance manufacturing workplace.
n
You'll balance hands‐on technical leadership with people development, drive productivity and continuous improvement, and collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality to meet targets for global motorsport, aerospace and advanced engineering projects.
