solid volume of projects and a fast pace of delivery
. There are clear expectations around project delivery, performance and meeting agreed metrics.
As a result, this role will suit someone who enjoys being busy, takes ownership and is motivated by achieving results.
If you're coming from government, you'll need to be comfortable making the transition into a
more commercially focused, deadline-driven consultancy environment
and be able to adapt quickly to the pace.
What's in it for you?
Up to $180K + super
, depending on experience
Associate-level position with genuine leadership responsibility
