As a National Panel of Assessors (NPA) Assessor, you play a critical role in helping people with disability thrive in employment.
Your expertise ensures fair, accurate, and person-centred assessmentsWhat your day looks likeConduct OSA for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) participantsConduct SWS productivity assessments at participant workplacesAHPRA/ESSA/ASORC registered allied health assessors may conduct WMS assessments in conjunction with JobAccess and the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF)Assess workplace barriers and recommend modifications to support inclusionDeliver high-quality, timely reportsLiaise with participants, employers, and providers to ensure fair, person-centred outcomesWhy you'll enjoy life at APMFlexible scheduling and work-life balanceSupportive, inclusive team cultureTraining and professional development opportunitiesOpportunity to make a real difference in people's livesWhat you'll bringDiploma or higher qualification in allied health, disability,
