We're genuinely proud of how diverse our workplace is, all candidates are welcome.ResponsibilitiesProviding phone and email support for Sentek products regarding any technical issue to distributors and customersTest electronic equipment for faults and accurately diagnosing the faultIdentify the appropriate repair strategy and undertake the repair on a timely basis as agreedMaintaining the Tech support emailMaintaining tickets on Zendesk to ensure they are handled in a timely mannerQuality control of electronics.




Batch-testing specified products and providing documentation of the resultsMaintaining and recording serial and assembly production recordsRecording repair details and faults by updating the repairs database and related documentationMaintaining electronic components stock levels and assisting in stock takesEnsuring work instructions are current, and correcting them as requiredNoting issues/corrections with current user manuals and escalating when need updatingLiaise with internal and external parties in order to ensure that support issues are kept on track in a timely mannerBuild policies and procedures and apply them to the roleEnsure Sentek has all the necessary information on products for integration and supportInternal and external Training provisionAssisting in testing prototypesMaintaining standards as required by ISO****Qualifications2+ years experience in providing Technical support in a B2B and B2C environment2+ years experience of in Fault finding and Drill & Drop & EnviroSCAN probes2+ years experience is fault finding and repairing Sentek IoT, Nexus Blue, Wifi Link, Plus & Multi data loggers2+ year experience in Irrimax Live and DesktopExperience is maintaining ticket request in Zen DeskAdvanced Soldering skillsDegree in Electrical/ElectronicsRead and understand electronic schematicsWHS awarenessFamiliarity with secure work practices
