Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM
Pay: $***** - $*****/hour
Operate production machinery safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures
Execute job tasks according to specifications outlined on the job cardAccurately record job start and completion times, material usage,
and production dataConduct first-piece and in-process inspections to verify compliance with quality standardsNotify the Lead Operator or Quality Control of any quality concerns and pause production until issue is resolved; escalated unresolved issues to the Plant ManagerPerform routine preventative maintenance on equipment as requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shiftAdhere to all safety, security, and operational proceduresMeet or exceed established productivity, efficiency, and quality targetsCross-train and provide support to other departments as needed to meet production schedules and deadlines
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Continual use of hands; constant standing, walking, reaching, bending, pulling and liftingClear close vision and ability to identify and distinguish color variations
High school diploma or equivalent requiredSix (6) months to two (2) years of job specific experience in custom converting, laminating, die-cutting, rotary press and/or printing pressesExperience working in a computer-based workplace with business or ERP software.Basic math and measurement proficiencyAbility to read & interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude
