We are looking for an experienced and proactive Field Technical Advisor to join our team.
In this role, you will provide technical expertise during site maintenance shutdowns, support customers in the use and troubleshooting of our mineral processing equipment and conduct regular on-site visits to deliver hands‐on assistance.
This is an engaging position that blends technical problem‐solving, customer interaction, and sales.
This is a full‐time field‐based role, based Perth reporting to the DELOKOR Aftermarket & Services Manager.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide service, maintenance, and technical support during field visits and shutdownsUndertake customer visits to promote company's goods and servicesTrain and educate customer operators on safe and correct plant operationDiagnose technical issues and implement effective solutionsManage installations, repairs, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance servicesMaintain site visit schedules and produce timely service reportsIdentify opportunities to grow business at customer sitesMaintain regular communication and build robust relationships with customersContinuously develop technical knowledge of products and servicesFollow company procedures, safety protocols, and collaborate with the technical teamYour ProfileField service experience in the mineral processing industryStrong troubleshooting, repair, and technical support skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesTeam player with initiative, adaptability, and problem‐solving skillsProficient with mobile tools and Microsoft OfficeFlexible to work varying schedules and meet site requirementsYour BenefitsSite and Travel allowances available,
