We're looking for someone with strong people skills, operational experience and the drive to support teams across a range of sites and environments who is looking to step into a more leadership style role.
You'll work closely with site teams and customers, helping coordinate operations, support safety initiatives, mentor team members and contribute to the successful delivery of services across Australia.Your responsibilities will includeLeading and supporting mining contracts across multiple operations within the rock tools divisionTravelling to sites as required to provide operational supportDriving safety compliance and promoting a strong safety cultureBuilding robust relationships with site personnel, engineers and managementSupporting drill consumable management, refurbishment and maintenance activitiesMonitoring contract performance,
