These roles involve overseeing surface preparation and industrial coating operations to ensure compliance with project specifications, client standards, and industry best practices across FIFO operations.Key ResponsibilitiesNACE2Inspection of surface preparation including abrasive blasting, power tool cleaning, and profile measurementMonitoring and documenting the application of protective coating systems in accordance with project specificationsConducting wet and dry film thickness checks, adhesion tests, and holiday detectionReviewing and maintaining inspection test plans (ITPs), daily inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs)Verifying environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, dew point) prior to and during coating applicationLiaising with client representatives,



project engineers, and blasting/painting crews to resolve quality issuesEnsuring all work meets relevant Australian Standards, project specifications, and safety requirementsS26 Coatings SupervisorDemonstrated experience in Coatings Supervision & Leadership skills to demonstrate how MAINTAIN performs 5+ years Mining experience and 10+ years Painting experience Certificate III in Painting/Surface Finishing Liaising with client representatives, project engineers, and blasting/painting crews to resolve quality & production requirements Ensuring all work meets relevant Australian Standards, project specifications, and safety requirementsRequirementsCurrently living in Perth, Western AustraliaNACE Coating Inspector AMPP CIP Level 2 certification (current and valid)Supervisors must hold S26 DMIRS Examination CertificatePrevious Australian experience in industrial coating inspection, preferably in oil & gas, mining, or heavy industryProficiency in the use of inspection instrumentationSound knowledge of relevant standards (AS/NZS, SSPC, NACE/AMPP)Ability to work independently and within a teamStrong commitment to safety, documentation accuracy, and quality outcomesOUR PURPOSEOur focus is on quality, because behind every workforce is a solid support system.
