Based in Cannon Hill, this role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on cooking, mentoring and training while helping develop the next generation of Compass Group chefs.THE POSITIONDeliver practical culinary training and competency assessmentsCoach, mentor and support chefs through their learning journeyOrganise kitchens, stock and training resources for practical sessionsMaintain and update training materials and content as requiredSupport food safety,
