You will own your portfolio end-to-end, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver fast, high-quality hiring outcomes while building sustainable talent pipelines that reduce reliance on agencies and reactive advertising.About the TeamReporting into the TA Team Lead – Trades, you will join a centralized P&C; Talent Acquisition function supporting Visy's operations across Australia and New Zealand.The team supports recruitment across white-, blue-collar and trades roles and includes TA Specialists, Administrators, Systems and Leadership, all working collaboratively to deliver consistent, high-quality recruitment outcomes across the business.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end recruitment delivery across skilled trades and maintenance rolesPartner with hiring managers to scope roles, workforce requirements and attraction strategiesSource and engage electricians, fitters, mechanical trades and other site-based trades talent through multiple channelsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future trades demandManage screening, interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding at paceProvide labour market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with EBAs, awards and employment legislation throughout the recruitment processContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experienceWhat You Will BringProven experience recruiting in skilled trades, maintenance,
