Job responsibilities:
Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition.Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies.Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
