Work EnvironmentThe position is based onsite at our Pompano Beach rehabilitation facility, where you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
The clinic operates on a weekday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
With a maximum caseload of 1-2 patients per hour, you will have ample time to focus on delivering high-quality, individualized care, ensuring each patient receives the attention they deserve.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and assess patients upon arrival, conducting detailed physical examinations to establish baseline functional capabilities.
Develop and implement structured, evidence-based treatment plans based on individual patient needs and progress.
Utilize diverse treatment methodologies, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise regimens,



and equipment-based interventions to enhance recovery.
Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with recovery goals.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations.
Engage in ongoing communication with patients, educating them about their conditions and empowering them through self-management strategies.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and orthopedic specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care.
Patient Population / Client FocusThe ideal candidate will work primarily with adults undergoing rehabilitation following orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Our patients come to us seeking restoration of mobility and function, requiring a thoughtful approach to care that recognizes their unique challenges and goals.
You will be integral in building therapeutic relationships with patients, guiding them through their recovery journey.
QualificationsActive Florida Physical Therapist license.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited educational institution.
A minimum of two years of experience practicing in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, specifically focusing on orthopedic cases.
Preferred ExperienceExperience with modern rehabilitation equipment and therapeutic modalities.




Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and patient tracking.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships and teamwork.
Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
