Macadamia Farm Management is looking for a motivated Field Service Mechanic to join our team supporting one of Australia's leading macadamia farming operations.This is a full-time role based near Bundaberg.
You'll spend most of your time out on farm responding to breakdowns and carrying out scheduled maintenance, with some workshop based work when required.Why Join Us?

and other farming equipmentResponding to breakdowns and carrying out field service work across multiple farm sitesHydraulic system troubleshooting and repairsPreventative maintenance programs and scheduled servicesWorkshop-based repairs, component rebuilds, and fabrication support as requiredEnsuring machinery is safe, compliant, and operational — in time for seasonal demandsMaintaining valuable communication with farm managers and the wider maintenance teamAbout YouTrade-qualified Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Plant Mechanic, or equivalent strong hands-on experienceComfortable working independently in the field and productively in a workshop environmentStrong diagnostic skills and a practical, problem-solving mindsetReliable, safety-focused, and takes pride in workmanshipCurrent driver's licence (HR preferred but not essential)Experience in agriculture, heavy machinery, outdoor, or field service environments is highly regardedAbility to work collaboratively across multiple farm sites and with workshop colleaguesAuto electrical and hydraulic experience highly regarded
