You will ideally have:At least 2 years experience in a duty manager roleConfidence working in high‐volume, fast‐paced venuesA positive, hands‐on attitude with strong leadership skillsStrong knowledge of bar, restaurant and service standardsA genuine passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and developing the next generation of hospitaity superstarsKey ResponsibilitiesOpen and close venues across the Baillie Hill precinctLead shifts, manage breaks and adjust staffing levels as requiredSupport the setup and delivery of functions and eventsMaintain exceptional service, bar and restaurant standardsFoster a positive, supportive and qualified team cultureTrain and mentor team members in service and product knowledgeAssist Venue and Restaurant Managers with daily operationsProvide support across multiple venues within the precinct as neededWhy Join Baillie Hill?
