The Role |This is a hands-on coordination role sitting at the centre of the business's logistics, inventory and order fulfilment function, supporting the seamless movement of product from international suppliers and factories through to warehouse and ultimately wholesale and retail customers.Key responsibilities will include:Coordinating international inbound and outbound freight across sea, air and domestic transportManaging relationships and daily communication with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, overseas suppliers and factoriesPreparing and maintaining shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists and customs documentationTracking international shipments and proactively resolving freight, customs and delivery issuesEnsuring import/export processes and shipping requirements are accurately followedMonitoring inbound stock through warehouse receiving and ensuring deliveries are processed efficientlyPreparing customer orders according to individual compliance and delivery requirementsManaging billing and ensuring required payments are received prior to dispatchTracking customer orders through to final delivery and maintaining robust OTIF performanceManaging stock movements and allocations and investigating inventory discrepanciesMonitoring production and shipment timelines to identify potential delays before they impact deliverySupporting wholesale and retail customer fulfilment requirementsMaintaining accurate supply chain and logistics information across ERP and WMS systemsProducing inventory, freight and operational reportingMonitoring KPIs including OTIF, freight costs, inventory accuracy and lead timesUsing Excel and reporting tools to improve visibility across the supply chainIdentifying opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, workflows and operational costsSupporting continuous improvement across warehouse,



distribution and wider supply chain operations.This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys the operational detail of logistics and takes pride in keeping multiple moving parts organised, accurate and on schedule.The Skillset |You will be an experienced and highly organised logistics, supply chain or operations professional who understands the pace and complexity of moving product within a fashion, apparel, retail or wholesale environment.Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, you will be comfortable managing multiple shipments, orders and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy across documentation, inventory and systems.You will ideally bring:3+ years' experience within logistics, supply chain or operations coordinationPrevious experience within fashion, apparel, retail or wholesale environmentsStrong knowledge of international freight, shipping and import/export processesExperience coordinating sea and air freight and working with freight forwarders and customs brokersExposure to overseas factories, suppliers and production timelinesExperience working with international or overseas 3PL warehousesStrong inventory management and stock-control capabilityUnderstanding of wholesale and retail order fulfilmentExperience managing shipping and customs documentationStrong ERP/WMS capability, ideally across systems such as Zedonk, SAP, NetSuite, Apparel21 or similarAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsAn understanding of supply chain KPIs including OTIF, lead times, inventory accuracy and freight costsStrong organisational and problem-solving capabilityExcellent stakeholder and relationship-management skillsExceptional attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities.A qualification across Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline would be advantageous, as would previous experience within a fashion, luxury or apparel business.Above all, this opportunity will suit someone who loves the rhythm of logistics, thrives in the detail and enjoys being the person behind the scenes ensuring product gets exactly where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
