Multiple Positions Available, Day Shift | Afternoon Shift

We currently have multiple roles available to join an industry-leader in meat processing in their boning room department.
They are located Cranbourne and we are looking for experienced candidates for an immediate start across day and afternoon shifts.
Shift times: Monday to Friday + overtime
Day Shift - 6:00am to 2:00pm $***** on commencement.
$***** after successfully completing training
Afternoon Shift - 2:45pm to 11:00pm.
$***** on commencement.

The role:
Deboning chicken carcasses accurately and efficientlyInspecting raw materials against quality specificationsCleaning and maintaining a safe workspaceWorking with raw meat products in a cold, fast-paced environmentCompleting repetitive tasks and manual handling of up to 15kgFollowing all food safety,



quality and workplace safety requirementsWe are looking for reliable, safety-focused team members who can communicate effectively, work methodically and maintain consistent standards throughout their shift.
To be successful you will need:
Proven boning experience in any meat industry- Chicken/Beef/PorkStrong knife skillsUnderstand and follow instructions and proceduresWork well within a team environmentCommunicate well both written and verballyAble to commit to Monday to Friday and work on-goingFull work rights to work in Australia without any restrictions
If you have worked as a butcher, fish filleting or as a chef/cook with excellent knife skills and food processing knowledge, we want to hear from you.
