FLEET SERVICES/Parking Fleet & Depot Services/City ServicesAbout the roleWe have an exciting opportunity available for an energetic, customer-focused individual who takes pride in their work to join our Fleet Services team.Working in the Fleet Services workshop, you will be responsible for quality repairs and maintenance of the City's fleet of motor vehicles and plant.We're looking for someone with:a current Motor Vehicle Repairer's Licence (Motor Mechanic) issued by NSW Fair Tradinga current Motor Vehicle Driver's Licence (minimum Class C)and be willing to upgrade on requestability to obtain any relevant qualifications or licences required to undertake all workshop tasks.This role has the option of a rostered day off every two weeks, known as a 9-day fortnight.The recommended applicant must complete a pre-employment health declaration and a medical assessment.You'll work with passionate, welcoming and supportive people who care for our communities and create a future for all.3 days of care and cultural leave each year for health and wellbeing activities, cultural and religious days or events of significanceCollaborative approach to adaptable workingCity centre head office, with many public transport options.Leadership and management development programFurther education program providing reimbursement of course fees, and study and exam leaveOpportunity to attend external courses and conferencesLong service and employee recognition awardsEmployee assistance program offering free, confidential counsellingSupporting familiesWe provide 26 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents,
