Raw Procurement comprises farming and harvesting operations that support the annual sourcing of potatoes and vegetables for our manufacturing facilities, while also leading cutting-edge research and development activities across Australia and beyond.What You Will DoCoordinate daily raw potato scheduling and delivery activities to support production, quality, cost and regulatory requirementsLiaise with growers, freight providers, loading crews, storage operators and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient raw product movementMonitor potato loading, receiving, quality grading and processing performance across field, storage and manufacturing locationsConduct crop progress sampling, field assessments and data collection activities throughout the growing and harvest seasonsSupport storage management activities, including storage grade monitoring and raw inventory reportingAssist with agronomy, sustainability, variety evaluation and other Raw Procurement projectsPrepare and maintain accurate operational records, reports and statistics to support planning and decision-makingSupport the achievement of safety, food safety,
