Previous coffee roasting experience is not required, as full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Learn to operate commercial coffee roasting equipment safely and confidentlyFollow established roast profiles and daily production schedulesMonitor the roasting process to maintain consistent qualityComplete basic production records and quality checksMonitor stock levels and advise when supplies are running lowComplete routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenanceClean the roasting equipment and surrounding areaLoad and unload goods using safe manual-handling practicesReceive and check incoming deliveriesPick, pack and prepare orders for dispatchAssist with stock control and stock takesMove pallets and materials around the warehouseMaintain a clean,
