We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Group Fitness Instructor / Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team and deliver engaging, high-quality fitness experiences for our members.We are also looking for amazing group fitness instructors who specialise (and have 2 year min experience) teaching Reformer PilatesThis is an exciting opportunity for a fitness professional who enjoys working with people, creating a motivating group environment and helping participants build strength, fitness and confidence.About the roleAs a Group Fitness Instructor / Strength & Conditioning Coach, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective and engaging group training sessions, with a focus on strength, conditioning, functional movement and overall fitness.You will:Deliver high-quality group fitness and strength & conditioning sessionsDevelop and adapt sessions to suit different fitness levels and abilitiesProvide coaching, motivation and technical guidance to participantsEnsure correct exercise technique and safe training practicesCreate an inclusive and positive training environmentBuild strong relationships with members and encourage ongoing participationMaintain a high standard of professionalism, presentation and customer serviceContribute to a positive and energetic team cultureAbout youWe are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness and genuinely enjoys helping others achieve their goals.You will ideally have:ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach qualificationRelevant Group Fitness / Fitness Instructor qualificationExperience delivering group fitness, strength or conditioning sessionsStrong knowledge of exercise technique,



programming and safe training practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to motivate and engage a diverse range of participantsA positive, energetic and professional approachCurrent First Aid and CPRRelevant fitness industry registrations and insuranceWhy join us?
