We're seeking an Area Manager to oversee and support a portfolio of Early Childhood Education and Care services across the Newcastle, Maitland area.
This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation where you can make a genuine impact on service quality, team engagement, and operational performance.About the Role As Area Manager, you'll provide leadership and support to Centre Directors and their teams, ensuring services operate successfully while maintaining high standards of education, compliance, and family engagement.Key responsibilities:Leading and mentoring Centre Directors across multiple servicesSupporting operational performance and occupancy growthEnsuring compliance with National Quality Standards and relevant legislationDriving team engagement, retention, and professional developmentBuilding strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and local communitiesMonitoring budgets, performance metrics, and service outcomesSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across your regionAbout You To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in a multi-site leadership or Area Manager role within Early Childhood EducationStrong understanding of the National Quality Framework and relevant regulationsExcellent leadership, coaching,
