This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, lead a section, and contribute to exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, in-room dining, Club Lounge, and events operations.Your day to dayPrepare and produce high-quality dishes in accordance with standard recipes and guest expectationsManage and oversee your designated kitchen section, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiencyWork across a variety of outlets including restaurant dining, in-room dining, Club Lounge, staff dining, and banqueting operationsSupport and mentor Demi Chefs, Commis Chefs, Cooks, and Stewards in their developmentDeliver exceptional culinary experiences through presentation, flavour, and attention to detailAssist with menu preparation, food styling, promotions, and culinary activationsMonitor and maintain food stock levels to support business demands and occupancy forecastsAssist with ordering, stock rotation, inventory management, and stocktakesContribute to controlling food costs and minimising waste while maintaining quality standardsMaintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP compliance throughout all kitchen operationsEnsure all food preparation and storage procedures comply with hotel standards and legislative requirementsSupport a positive,
