We're a network of local family practices, and Robina Town Centre is your local team within it, led by Dr Tristan Cuffe.About the roleWe're after a Dental Receptionist to join our Robina Town Centre team, reporting to our Practice Manager.
This is a part-time role: the roster is fixed Wednesday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm with a 30-minute break, totalling 30 hours a week.
You'll be the first face our patients see and the calm, organised voice on the phone, keeping the front desk running smoothly so the clinical team can focus on care.What you'll be doingGreeting patients and managing a busy front desk with warmth and efficiencyBooking and coordinating appointments to keep the schedule running smoothlyAnswering phones and handling patient enquiriesProcessing payments and health fund claims accuratelySupporting the clinical team so each patient's visit runs on timeKeeping patient records accurate and following our infection control protocolsWhat we're looking forAt least 1 years' experience as a Dental ReceptionistStrong communication and organisational skillsConfident managing a busy front desk and juggling multiple prioritiesProfessional presentation and a genuine team playerPreferredWorking knowledge of Dental for Windows (D4W)Dental assisting experience (a bonus, not required)Learn from a genuinely experienced team: our reception team has over 40 years of combined experience,
