Arcare Hope Island is seeking a Weekend Head Chef to lead the kitchen, plan menus, and ensure high standards of food quality and safety for residents on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm.The role requires a Certificate III/IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) and Food Safety Supervisor Certification, with a cooperative, adaptable leadership style to manage staff and uphold Arcare's resident-first approach.
