and the ability to deliver new capacity at speed.ResponsibilitiesLead data center from early-stage chance through Ready-to-Build and energisationAssess sites from technical, planning, power, and infrastructure perspectivesDevelop grid connection and power strategies with National Grid, DNOs, and utility providersSupport planning, permitting, and stakeholder engagement processesIdentify and mitigate technical and development risksEnsure projects are deliverable, scalable, and aligned with construction requirementsExperience developing data centers or large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong technical understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and utility systems, with the ability to evaluate engineering decisions and challenge technical assumptionsStrong understanding of AUS planning and grid connection processesExperience taking projects from early-stage development through design, permitting, and delivery readinessHighly analytical, self-directed, and comfortable with significant ownershipCompetitive salaryBiannual bonus schemeFully expensed tech to match your needs
