You will lead shifts, motivate the team, and ensure exceptional service standards are maintained across all areas, including bar,



bistro and gaming.Where you'll make an impactAssist with the smooth running of day-to-day service operationsLead and support team members during shifts to deliver exceptional customer serviceTrain and guide staff to uphold venue standards and proceduresAssist with rostering, stock management and compliance checksHandle customer feedback with a qualified and solution-focused approachEnsure gaming areas, including TAB, Keno and pokies, operate within regulationsPromote a positive team culture through strong leadership and hands-on supportWhat we're looking forYou are a confident hospitality professional with supervisory experience in a pub or tavern environment.
