Grill'd is turning up the heat in Narre Warren with a brand-new Drive Thru restaurant – and we want YOU to help bring the vibes, the speed, and the epic service.
We're looking for Team Members who are ready to step up and lead, thrive in fast-paced environments, love working as a team, and know how to keep things moving while keeping it fresh.
Experience in QSR, hospitality, or customer service is desirable.
Drive Thru experience is a bonus – if you've worked the headset, smashed speed targets, and stayed cool under pressure, even better!

What You'll Be Doing
Keeping the Drive Thru lane firing with energy, speed,



and great serviceWorking across multiple stations – dress bench, grill, chips, and tillPrepping fresh ingredients and delivering delicious, high-quality foodOwning your station and helping the team smash every shiftKeeping things clean, safe, and smooth

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend 1:1 interviews on one of the following dates:

As part of the process, you'll complete a quick online assessment – it's a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions.
It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying.
Once you're done, you'll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work).
