You will play a critical role in helping women win in their first month inside our programs,



setting them up for long-term success, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.As a Success Coach, you will:Welcome new members into our coaching programs and guide them through their first monthAnswer member questions, resolve challenges, and provide thoughtful feedbackManage our member community chat groups, fostering connection and positivityHelp troubleshoot payment issues and ensure smooth membership accessCelebrate member wins and help them stay motivated on their journeyCollaborate with our coaching and operations team to flag trends, feedback, and opportunities to improve member experienceWho you areYou are:Passionate about supporting women in business and genuinely care about their successAn excellent communicator, both in writing and on video or callsOrganised and proactive, with robust problem-solving skillsComfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks at oncePositive, energetic, and able to motivate and uplift othersExperienced in customer service, coaching, or community managementExperienced in ecommerce, either by working for an online brand or running your own.
