Challenge Community Services is seeking an organised Regional Rostering Support Coordinator to support productive workforce rostering across our Disability Services teams in Camden or Unanderra.You will develop rosters aligned with client needs, funding and SCHADS Award conditions, manage leave, and drive rostering improvements while providing support to staff and clients.
