A favourite among locals and visitors alike, it's a place where friends come together to enjoy great beer, delicious meals, and genuine hospitality in the heart of St Kilda.The RoleAs Head Chef, you'll be the right hand to our Group Head Chef — leading day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional food quality, and supporting a fun, high-performing kitchen team.
You'll take ownership of:Preparing and delivering food to Stomping Ground's high standardsTraining, developing, and motivating your kitchen crewManaging stock control, ordering, and supplier relationshipsEnsuring food safety, hygiene, and WHS complianceHelping smash food GP and quality targetsWe're after someone who loves the buzz of a busy service, leads with positivity,
