The role focuses on delivering onsite and remote support for end user devices and software, supporting IT activities, and ensuring a high-quality user experience under the supervision of the EUC Lead.Key Technical Skills:Desktop and laptop supportSoftware installation and configurationActive Directory (user account management, permissions)Device imaging and deployment tools (desirable)Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused approach with a service-oriented mindsetAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests effectivelyAttention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently under supervisionTeam collaboration and coordination skills, Adaptability in a dynamic IT environmentKey Responsibilities:Handle and resolve end-user issues in a timely and professional mannerProvide end-user services including troubleshooting, guidance,



and technical assistanceDeliver onsite break/fix support for hardware and software issuesCoordinate with and escape hardware-related issues to third-party service providersProvide remote support to users as requiredDiagnose and resolve laptop and desktop-related issuesDeploy and install software on user workstationsDeliver desk side (in-person) support to end usersInstall, configure, and maintain customer-owned end-user devices and softwareMaintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and resolutionsSupport IS project activities as assigned by the EUC Lead, Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and security standardsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are desirableRequired Experience:2–4 years of experience in an EUC, desktop support, or IT support roleExperience providing onsite and remote technical supportHands-on experience with:Windows operating systems (Windows *****)Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applicationsHardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals)Experience with software deployment and endpoint configurationFamiliarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes; experience working with third-party vendors/service providersDuration: 06 Monthsand possible extensionEligibility:Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only
