Guided by our vision of "People Living Better Lives", we provide evidence-based, client-centred support that helps individuals, families and communities achieve lasting recovery.We are seeking a passionate and experienced Case Manager to join our RISE Day Programin Wagga Wagga.
This rewarding role supports young people aged ***** years who are experiencing issues related to alcohol and other drug use, helping them navigate recovery through case management, group programs, care coordination and family support.If you are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and their families, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleWorking as part of a small multidisciplinary team, you will:Conduct participant screening,
