Working closely with engineers and project teams, you'll ensure BIM coordination is delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with best practice.What you'll be doingLead BIM coordination across Building Services projects (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire), with a focus on data centre and mission-critical environmentsManage and develop Revit models and federated models across multiple disciplinesDrive BIM standards, workflows, and best practice across the team, ensuring alignment with project and client requirementsCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design clashes, particularly in highly serviced environmentsSupport project teams during design development and documentation phasesMentor and guide junior/moderate BIM technicians and coordinatorsContribute to continuous improvement of digital engineering capabilities,



including processes and toolsWhat you'll bringProven experience as a BIM Coordinator within a Building Services consultancyStrong proficiency in Revit (essential) and Navisworks (or similar coordination tools)Solid understanding of BIM processes, standards, and delivery across project lifecyclesExperience coordinating multidisciplinary models on complex projects (data centres or critical infrastructure highly regarded)Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with engineers and designersA proactive mindset with the confidence to lead, influence, and drive coordination outcomesWhy WSP?
