This is a key leadership position responsible for driving commercial performance, financial outcomes, procurement strategies, contract management, and business development initiatives across the Division.Your RoleReporting to the General Manager – Aluminium Products, you will provide strategic commercial leadership and support profitability, growth, and operational performance through strong financial management, commercial analysis, supplier and customer relationship management, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with divisional and organisational objectivesProvide commercial advice and recommendations to support strategic decision-makingLead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance reporting activitiesMonitor profitability, margins, pricing, and overall commercial performanceManage procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiationsLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial processes, reporting,



and operational efficiencyAbout YouYou are a commercially minded professional with strong financial and business acumen, a strategic approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation.Ideally, you'll bring:Demonstrated experience in a senior commercial, finance, procurement, or business management roleExperience negotiating contracts, supplier agreements, and commercial arrangementsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‐making abilitiesAdvanced ERP and business systems knowledgeExperience within manufacturing, aluminium, building products, industrial, or related sectors will be highly regardedDegree qualification in Commerce, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related disciplineCPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification will be highly regarded.Why Join Us?
