marketing and project teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales outcomes.Your responsibilities will include:Managing customer enquiries and residential property salesGuiding purchasers through the buying journey from enquiry to exchangeSupporting project launches and weekend sales eventsBuilding strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAssisting with reporting, pricing feedback and sales strategyDelivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targetsAbout YouTo be successful, you'll have:Previous experience in land sales, project sales or new home salesStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesA proactive approach and the confidence to work collaboratively across multiple teamsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA current driver's licence and access to your own vehicleWorking Hours35-hour working weekSaturday and Sunday requiredThree weekdaysOne weekend off per monthFlexibility around weekdays depending on project release schedulesIf you're looking to join a business with an exciting pipeline of residential developments and make a genuine impact within project sales, we'd love to hear from you.
