If you have strong clinical skills and are kind and compassionate, join our dedicated, skilled team on the Gold Coast.ResponsibilitiesAssessing resident's needs and discuss the best way to plan and deliver their careEnsuring correct administration of medication, including injections, and monitoring the results of treatmentBuilding relationships with the residents to encourage trust, while listening to and interpreting their needs and concernsPreparing and maintaining resident's recordsWorking with resident's family members to help educate them and the resident about their overall health conditionResponding quickly to emergenciesKey RequirementsPrior experience in an aged care facility preferredFlexibility to be able to work shifts (including night shifts)A Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (mandatory)Exhibit leadership skills with the ability to lead a team by exampleThe ability to participate in and support education activities and to contribute to the development of self and other team membersCurrent criminal history record (dated within 6 months), or willing to obtain oneBenefitsAttractive salary packaging benefits up to $15,990p.a.
