We are looking for a Receptionist & Business Services Assistant to join our Sydney office on a full-time, permanent basis.As a key member of our Business Services team, you'll be at the heart of the day-to-day running of the office.
From welcoming clients and visitors to supporting our people with business services, facilities and office administration, you'll help create a professional, welcoming and well‐organised environment.It's a varied, hands‐on role where no two days are quite the same.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm and have plenty of opportunity to build your skills and make the role your own.Key responsibilitiesBe a welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues,
providing professional and friendly reception supportSupport the day‐to‐day operation of the office and respond to general business services and facilities enquiriesAssist with meeting rooms, functions, events and conferences, ensuring spaces are organised and ready to goCoordinate office supplies and help ensure shared spaces and facilities are well maintainedLiaise with building management and internal teams on tenancy, access and security matters as requiredAssist with court filing, document collections, banking and other business services tasksProvide general administrative and operational support to the wider office and Business Services teamThe experience we are looking forYou'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can confidently juggle competing priorities in a busy environment.
