Working closely with the Centre Director and leadership team, you will play a pivotal in driving high-quality pedagogy, mentoring educators, and ensuring children's learning and wellbeing remain at the centre of everything the service does.This newly opened 60-place service offers a modern, beautifully resourced environment and is seeking someone who is passionate about inspiring others, strengthening practice, and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being both a leader and a mentor: combining time supporting educators, developing curriculum, and being actively involved within the service.About YouYou will be someone who:Has at least 2 + experience as an Educational Leader, Educational Lead,
