Whether you're an experienced Swim Teacher or completely new to the industry, we'd love to hear from you.
If you're new, we'll support you through your training and qualification pathway.
If you're already qualified, you'll receive ongoing coaching and development to continue building your skills.

What You'll Do:
Teach engaging, structured swimming lessons to children of different ages and abilitiesHelp children build confidence and develop essential swimming skillsFollow the Carlile Swim program to deliver consistent, high-quality lessonsBuild positive relationships with swimmers and familiesCreate a safe, encouraging and fun learning environmentContinue learning and developing your teaching skills
About You:
You don't need an aquatic background to be great at this role.
We're looking for people who:
Enjoy working with childrenAre comfortable and confident around waterCommunicate positively with children, families and teammatesAre reliable and can commit to regular weekly shiftsAre open to feedback, learning and following a structured programPut child safety first
Our swim schools operate across weekdays and weekends, with afternoon/evening and weekend availability highly desirable.
Already hold your Swim Teacher qualification, CPR and relevant state Working with Children Check?
