Due to internal movements we are looking for a Waste Support Officer to join our team on a 12 Month Fixed Term assignment.
You will be based on-site at both Watergardens Shopping Centre and Eastland Shopping Centre, you'll help promote sustainable waste practices through a mix of operational support, tenant engagement, and education.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing daily waste operations across both centersUnderstanding site-specific waste streams and how they're managedSuggesting sustainable improvements to existing processesOptimizing bin sizes and collection schedulesInspecting bins and storage areas for compliancePromoting correct waste segregation (general waste, recycling, organics)Reducing contamination and improving recycling ratesResponding to waste-related issues with cleaning and maintenance teamsWhat You BringMotivated, eager to learn, and passionate about sustainabilityA clear communicator, confident working with tenants and staffOrganized, reliable,
