Manager, Non-Residential AOD Services in Alcohol and Other Drugs NGOLittle Bay, Current South Wales ****, AustraliaPart-time Permanent Mid-level SeniorDescriptionThe RoleJarrah House is thename given to theresidential rehabilitation location for the Women's Alcohol and Drug Advisory Centre Incorporated (WADAC), aNon-GovernmentOrganisationprovidingservices to improve the wellbeing and health outcomes of women, and their families,carersand friends.TheManager, Non-Residential AOD Servicesis a newly created leadership role designed tobuild andstrengthenservicesfor clientsin the community.Initially, you will workcloselywiththe CEO,SubjectMatterExpertsandtheSteering Committee tobuild ournewFamily, Carers and Friendsservice.The role involves:Coordinatingcounselling and supportservices to non-residential AOD clients(Aftercare and Family, Carers and Friends)Co-designing,monitoringand evaluatingtherapeuticframeworks,content& toolsClient screening,assessmentsand care planningDelivering a range ofpsychosocialservices including counselling, group facilitation (online and in-person),psychoeducationand brief interventionsContributingto clinical governance, activity-outcomereviewandqualityimprovementMaintainingclient and operational recordsBuildingcollaborative partnerships with relevant agenciesandservices.About YouYou'llbring:Experience working in the AOD and/or Health sectorAn ability to guide,mentorand work collaboratively with othersExperienceincounselling and group facilitationDemonstrated knowledge of psychosocialand therapeuticframeworksand modalitiesapplicable to AOD, community mental health,
