We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full time Diploma Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Liverpool (79-place centre).

About the Role
As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.
You will build meaningful relationships with children and families while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programsCreate a safe, nurturing,
and inclusive learning environmentObserve and document children's learning and developmentBuild positive relationships with children, families, and colleaguesCollaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and careEnsure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislationContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centreSupport children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificationsCurrent Child Protection training/certificateStrong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsA genuine passion for early childhood educationPreferably 3+ years' experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
