Accounts OfficerFull-time | Monday to Friday | Griffith, NSWFlavourtech is seeking an organised and detail-focused Accounts Officer to join our Finance team.Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position supports the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment processing and general administration.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, managing multiple priorities and supporting the wider organisation.Key responsibilitiesPrepare and issue customer invoices across multiple business entitiesReceipt and reconcile incoming customer paymentsDistribute debtor statements and follow up outstanding accountsRespond to customer and supplier account enquiriesProcess supplier invoices and payment batchesReconcile monthly supplier statements and resolve discrepanciesObtain and track payment approvalsPrepare and upload ABA payment filesProcess international paymentsManage vendor onboarding and verification through EftsureCode corporate credit card transactions in FlexiPurchaseShare reception duties, including answering calls and greeting visitorsCoordinate banking and mailProvide administrative support, including job share of reception duties.About youPrevious experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable or a similar finance roleStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExcellent organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence using accounting and administrative systemsExperience with Epicor, FlexiPurchase or similar systems will be highly regardedA high level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial informationWhy Join Us?
