Supporting a busy team, you will display a willingness to learn and have experience in litigation from within a fast-paced and ideally high-volume law practice group.You will be regarded as an integral member who will provide superior administrative support and a variety of ad-hoc duties.Responsibilities will include the following:Opening and closing of files;Preparing legal documents;Diary management;Preparation and reconciliation of expenses;Client liaison and management; andPA duties as required.Who We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years Legal/Personal Assistant experience with excellent communication and diary management skills, with a client service focus.
You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting, and have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and have exceptional attention to detail.
A professional outlook, backed by a great sense of humour would see you fit in well with the team.
