Your Responsibilities Will Include
Delivering exceptional service and the ELK experience to established and prospective customersMaintaining loyal customer base and actively building community connectionsOutfitting, styling, upselling and onselling our timeless products by engaging customers with aesthetic features and sustainable benefitsOwning and driving smooth and efficient store operationsCoaching, mentoring and elevating team members by consistently leading by exampleEnsuring all operations are effective, productive and in line with expectationsAnalysing store and team performance and implementing change for ongoing growth and developmentManaging rosters and wages to sales expenditureMerchandising and maintenance of store visual presentation in line with guidelinesEffective and well received management and training of team members to optimise performance and retentionTalent scouting and interviewing potential new joinersLiving and breathing ELK as a true brand ambassador
