This is a pivotal role within our management structure, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and logistics functions.
As Operations Manager, you will play a strategic role in ensuring efficient production schedules, maintaining high quality standards, optimising resource allocation and driving continuous improvement across all operational areas.
Your leadership will directly impact our productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction levels.Key responsibilitiesPlan, schedule and monitor production activities to ensure timely delivery of orders whilst maintaining quality standardsOversee inventory management, including stock levels, procurement and material handling across the warehouse and production facilitiesManage and supervise operational staff, including recruitment, training, performance management and fostering a positive workplace cultureImplement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation and industry standardsMonitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvementsCoordinate logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilmentMaintain accurate operational records,
