As the Head of Listener Engagement, you will manage PositiveMedia's radio stations (89.9 TheLight, TheLight Worship, The Light Mix and the Light Christmas) and other audio products (such as podcasts, listener activations and events)



to transform lives in line with PositiveMedia's mission.Key Responsibilities Include:Ensuring the structure and delivery of all audio content and products is aligned to the strategic direction of PositiveMediaFacilitating high-quality content that drives listener engagementProviding leadership and coaching to the Listener Engagement team, (which consists of radio announcers, producers and operational support staff) to ensure high performance in on‐air and off‐air rolesCollaborating closely with other departments to facilitate on‐air and off‐air promotions and activationsPlaying an active role in the senior leadership teamAbout YouWe are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to step into this unique role.
